As we are going through this experience of the coronavirus, it’s more important than ever that we connect with our higher selves. A serious personal practice, meditation, gratitude list, healthy eating, yoga, journaling and just taking time to go within.

This is an about pretending that nothing is happening, follow the CDC guidelines — limit time looking at the news. Look at this time as an opportunity to strengthen your spiritual practice. Take this time to strengthen your connection to Higher Power. Ask for guidance. That guidance will be loving and peaceful.
The more of us tap into the greatest source for REAL safety: Higher Power and choose love over fear, we will get through this as a collective.
