All is well.

In recovery how often do we struggle with control? How often is codependence do we feel this need to control people, places and things? As we are going through the current situation recovery work is more important than ever. While we cannot control how long this lasts or how quickly society gets back to what we consider normal, what we definitely can control is how we react to it.


Right now is a fantastic time to go within, work on projects that we’ve been putting off, spend time with people we love and participating in recovery work; getting into alignment with higher power.
It is also a great time to get into the habit of meditation, journaling, recovery work, gratitude lists – we all have things to be grateful for — prayer and Yoga.

We will get through this and not just survive, but thrive.


Repeat this daily: ALL IS WELL. I AM THE LIGHT. I COULD SEE PEACE INSTEAD OF THIS.
